GROUNDWORK PSYCHOTHERAPY + COACHING OFFICE
Groundwork Psychotherapy + Coaching is located within the American Industrial Center, in the Dogpatch Neighborhood of San Francisco. This neighborhood is inhabited by some of the most creative, free-thinking, problem-solving, community-oriented individuals, businesses, and hospitals in San Francisco. It is in this spirit, that the Groundwork Psychotherapy + Coaching office is designed to be an oasis within a dynamic community. I know that spending time in a healing space supports the process of thinking deeply, unlocking stuck places within, moving energy towards manifesting the future + rebuilding & strengthening our most important relationships. I maintain a clean and clear office space for my clients to use as a dedicated place in which to de-stress, de-compress, and experience the positive outcomes of Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Integrative Coaching™
GETTING HERE
The Dogpatch neighborhood is easily accessible to the Downtown/SOMA/Embarcadero/Potrero Hill/Mission Bay/Mission District/Bayview/Bernal Heights/Noe Valley neighborhoods of San Francisco. My office building, the American Industrial Center, is just off of I-280, & the 20th Street stop on the 3rd Street Muni is directly across the street from the building entrance. The closest bus stop is the #22, the Caltrain stops at 22nd street, and the UCSF shuttle drops on Minnesota Street. The American Industrial Center offers bicycle parking, and there is an IMPARK lot on Illinois at 20th Street behind the building.
