I am a licensed Psychotherapist, Clinical Social Worker & Integrative Coach, based in San Francisco, California. For 20 years, I have dedicated myself to the work of helping people in my community to live less stressful, and more deeply fulfilling lives. I combine my rigorous clinical training with a wide breadth of life experience, to create transformational & healing sessions for adults + couples.

HOW I WORK
In my practice I maintain a strengths-based perspective, recognizing what is already available to be expressed in each individual whom I support on their personal journey. I bring presence, warmth, and humor to my work, and believe that Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Integrative Coaching Sessions should be thoughtful, proactive, and inspirational. My clients are wonderful people whom I respect for their dedication to making conscious and profound changes to their lives, in their relationships, and through their work in the world.
