Each Private Couples Intensive is informed by the most current, cutting-edge couples research, combined with therapeutic practices, and expert guidance. Sessions are personalized, and will navigate you towards the relationship that you are seeking to create.

How are Private Couples Intensives different from Couples Therapy?
Private Couples Intensives are for you if you and your partner are both willing + ready to dedicate concentrated time to improving your relationship, and tackling the most difficult obstacles you are currently facing. Private Couples Intensives work at an intentional pace, require commitment, and a willingness to dive swiftly and carefully into the challenging areas of your relationship. We will work in longer time blocks, and meet with less frequency as compared to Couples Therapy, which is structured in weekly/bi-monthly 90 minutes sessions. This requires a more extended process of deep exploration which many urban, professional couples do not have the time or energy to commit to, despite the desire for a more deeply connected partnership.

What can you expect from a Private Couples Intensive?
When you and your partner invest in a Private Couples Intensive I will engage with you as a warm, neutral, ally, listening with an empathic ear, while holding a productive mindset. The goal of the Private Couples Intensive format is to support you to tackle the obstacles in your relationship in an intentional, and concentrated. You can expect the energy of a proactive coaching style, combined with the deep, attuned work of couples therapy. Our work together is guided by a belief in the importance of tending to your most central love relationship.

What will happen when you complete your Private Couples Intensives?
When you complete your Private Couples Intensive you will hold a new vantage point on your relationship. You will be clear about where you both stand, you will come closer to meeting one another's needs, you will communicate more effectively, you will understand one another in new ways, and you will have fully addressed the issue/s that called you to seek support for your relationship.

How does this work?
We will begin with a FREE CONSULTATION CALL which will give you an experience of my work, and provide me with the context of your relationship + the challenges that you are navigating at this time. We will determine on the call if the issues you seek to address are a good fit for the PRIVATE COUPLES INTENSIVE format. Finally, we will discuss the options for working with me in sessions which take place in A UNIQUE, INTENSIVE FORMAT which includes longer time-block sessions. The Private Couples Intensive format will accommodate your schedules, and will also be designed to respond to your current, and most pressing relationship needs.

What if we don't feel done?
At the end of your Private Couples Intensive, we will assess the best next steps to preserve the hard work you have put into your relationship. This can include follow-up maintenance sessions.
