I am a licensed Psychotherapist, Integrative Coach, and have dedicated myself for over 20 years, to the work of healing and human potential. As a practitioner, I combine my rigorous clinical training with a wide breadth of life experience, to provide transformational sessions with clients.
I am dedicated to health, wellness, and living with integrity. I work from a strengths-based perspective, recognizing what is already available to be expressed in each individual whom I support on their personal journey. I bring dedication, warmth and humor to my work, and believe that Integrative Therapy and Integrative Coaching sessions should be thoughtful, proactive and inspirational. I am very fortunate to have clients who are wonderful people, whom I respect for their work in the world, and their courage to make significant and lasting changes to their lives.
When not doing the work that I am passionate about, I can be found spending time with my family & dog, hiking, surfing, trail running, taking in the moody weather of Northern California, trying out new recipes, gardening, reading, writing, practicing yoga & meditation, traveling, listening to music, NPR, connecting with friends, or savoring a slow cup of tea or coffee.
I devote significant time to ongoing professional education and enrichment which includes:
Treatment of Depression and Anxiety, Treatment & Healing of Trauma, Attachment Theory, Working With Addiction, Fertility, Pregnancy & Postpartum Depression, Grief & Bereavement, Couples Work, Spirituality, Mindfulness, Somatic Treatment Modalities, and Effective Life Coaching.
