I am a licensed Psychotherapist, Integrative Coach, and have dedicated myself for 20 years to the work of healing and human potential. As a practitioner, I combine my rigorous clinical training with a wide breadth of life experience, to provide transformational sessions with clients. Personally, I am invested in health, wellness, and living with integrity.
I work from a strengths-based perspective, recognizing what is already available to be expressed in each individual whom I support on their personal journey. I bring dedication, warmth and humor to my work, and believe that Integrative Therapy and Integrative Coaching sessions should be thoughtful, proactive and inspirational. I am fortunate to have wonderful clients whom I respect for their work in the world, and their dedication to making conscious + profound changes to their lives.
